Please do not worry about how your home looks. Most home sellers we meet with are not yet photo ready when we meet.

We have a team in place to help you present the market in the best possible way should you decide to let us handle the sale.

When we meet we will be providing information about what to do and what not to do to get your home ready for sale, we show you how we how you get top dollar, and we will go over all the closing costs so you will have a good idea how much you will put in your pocket when it sells.

There is no cost or obligation to meet with us. But we will be doing a fair amount of work to prepare for our meeting. So, we kindly ask that you hold off making a decision about who will handle the sale until you have seen what we have to offer you.
